"Fantastic blinds and super helpful service"
These blinds are top-notch and simple to install. I ran into a hiccup with the delivery since the driver dropped them off at the wrong place. However, the company was really supportive in reaching out to the delivery service, and they sorted it out quickly.

"Awesome shades, awesome business!"
I’m super happy with the quality of the shade I got from Blinds Boutique. They have a fantastic range of colors, and the samples I requested showed up the next day. The blind I picked was delivered on schedule and was nicely packaged. I’m so impressed that I ended up ordering four additional blinds!

The whole shopping process was super simple and went off without a hitch. I first got the samples, and they showed up in no time. After that, I had a few questions about the fitting, and Helen was super fast in getting back to me. She even followed up to make sure all was good.

"Fantastic Support and Service"
We purchased a roller shade for our bathroom. The samples came fast and there was a wide selection. Helen was super helpful when we had to figure out the kind of material we needed for the shade and also assisted us in grasping the measurements to fit our recess mounting. Really pleased with the shade now that it’s installed; it looks awesome and the service from Blinds Boutique was top-notch.

"Fantastic Experience"
From beginning to end, the service was top-notch. The first samples showed up super quick, and Helen in the office was a gem, helping us out with more samples and a digital image to help visualize the overall design. We received updates throughout the whole process, and our blind came on time, nicely packaged, and a breeze to put up.

"Ordered blinds that fit just right..."
I made an order for some blinds that were supposed to fit perfectly, and then BB reached out to me for some photos. They were really thorough in making sure their product would work for me. I had to snap some detailed pics, and they even sent out a sample. After that, the BB fitter took a look at the info I provided before putting the order through to the manufacturer. The fit was spot on (no pun intended). Gotta say, Helen and her crew provided an exceptional level of service.

"My husband installed my Roman blinds this weekend..."
This past weekend, my husband hung up my Roman blinds, and we’re super happy with how they turned out. The service we got was fantastic, and ordering them online was a breeze. Plus, getting the material samples was a piece of cake!
